·       Mission Advancement: Volunteers support programs, advocacy initiatives, research activities, and community engagement efforts aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities. Their contributions help expand the Alliance’s reach and impact.

·       Community Engagement and Outreach: Volunteers assist in organizing events, educational forums, and public awareness campaigns. They help amplify marginalized voices and foster inclusive dialogue within diverse communities.

·       Research and Knowledge Support: Where appropriate, volunteers may assist with data collection, literature reviews, policy analysis, and knowledge mobilization activities under professional supervision and ethical guidelines.

·       Advocacy and Awareness: Volunteers contribute to public education efforts by promoting human rights principles and supporting campaigns addressing systemic discrimination and social inequities.
